Planning and intake service
BaseStay provides a directory of service categories and an intake process for workforce, lodging, camp, and provider requirements. Website content, planner results, and camp configurations are preliminary planning information. They are not a quote, reservation, job offer, award, financing commitment, or guarantee of capacity.
Project verification
Availability, qualifications, pricing, schedules, site conditions, permitting, utilities, insurance, underwriting, and other material terms must be confirmed for each project. A relationship becomes binding only through an authorized written agreement.
Information submitted by users
A person submitting information represents that it is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have authority to share it. Do not submit trade secrets, government-controlled information, medical records, financial account information, passwords, or other sensitive material that BaseStay has not specifically requested.
Providers and third parties
Providers remain responsible for their own personnel, licenses, insurance, equipment, services, rates, and representations unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Links or references to third parties do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
Some booking links may earn BaseStay a commission if you complete a qualifying reservation. Any such relationship is disclosed near the relevant links. BaseStay does not collect payment for those third-party reservations.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not misuse the service, submit fraudulent or unlawful requests, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information, or use submitted information outside an authorized BaseStay business purpose.
Website materials
The BaseStay name, page design, written materials, and original website content may not be copied or presented as another company’s service without permission. Information a visitor submits remains subject to the privacy notice and any later written agreement.
Service changes
BaseStay may update the directory, intake process, and these terms as the network develops. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then posted. Project-specific contracts remain governed by their own terms.
