Information BaseStay collects
BaseStay collects the information a visitor chooses to submit through a project, provider, base-camp, or worker form. Depending on the form, this may include a name, business contact information, organization, project location, dates, workforce or lodging needs, availability, rates, credentials, work history, and a résumé or professional-profile link.
How the information is used
The information is used to review requests, respond to the person or company that submitted them, evaluate project fit, coordinate possible staffing or provider relationships, confirm availability, and maintain an operating record of the request.
For booking-provider links that pass through BaseStay’s outbound routes, BaseStay counts clicks by date, provider, and page. This counter does not store your name, IP address, or a tracking cookie.
The Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo links on the hotel page are paid affiliate links that go directly to those providers. Expedia Group and its affiliate tracking partners may use cookies and similar technologies to identify referrals, attribute bookings, and report commissions. BaseStay can receive referral, booking, and commission reports through the Creator Hub. These links do not send BaseStay intake-form details to the booking provider.
After you leave BaseStay, the provider handles your booking information under its own privacy and cookie policies. Review the provider’s policies and privacy choices before submitting a reservation.
When information may be shared
Project and provider information may be shared with Chain of Honor personnel and qualified lodging, staffing, construction, logistics, or camp-service providers when needed to evaluate or fulfill a request. Worker profiles are shared with qualified staffing partners only when the worker gives the consent requested on the form. BaseStay does not automatically publish a provider’s name and does not sell submitted personal information.
Availability and verification
Directory categories are request pathways, not promises of inventory. Provider identity, capacity, dates, credentials, pricing, and project commitments are verified separately before BaseStay treats them as confirmed.
Retention and security
Submitted information is kept only as reasonably needed to review the request, coordinate a possible relationship, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. BaseStay uses access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
A person may ask BaseStay to review, correct, or delete information previously submitted, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements. A worker may also withdraw permission for future profile sharing.
Children and policy updates
This website is intended for businesses and working-age adults, not children. BaseStay may update this notice as the service develops; the date above identifies the current version.
